EXCHANGE POLICY

Need to exchange something you've just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Pinup Culture is a growing & family owned company and may not have the same return policies as the bigger stores.
PinUp Culture Cannot Issue refunds. Exchange or store credit only.

About Cancellations: Please note that your order begins processing the moment you click 'Place Order'. This means that your items are picked and shipped without delay. We are unable to cancel orders or items after you have received your shipping notification. These orders should be exchanged according to our policies below.

Items described as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged
Please note: Items purchased at Sdpinupculture.com must be exchanged via our website and online Customer Service representatives. Online purchases may not be returned or  exchanged at any brick and mortar store.
• Customer Service can be reached via phone at 760-212-8379. You may also submit a request to us via email sdpinupculture@gmail.com between the hours of 8AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday.
• The following items are non-exchangable unless you receive a damaged item:
Lingerie; Shapewear; Cosmetics; Fragrances; Toiletries; DVDs in which the protective wrapping has been removed by the customer; Items marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.
• Swimwear is exchangeable , however it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place.
* Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
• If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a replacement; 15-30 days for store credit; and after 30 days you will be contacted to purchase a ship charge so the merchandise can be returned to us, or destroyed at your expense.
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any exchanges will be accepted. The RA number will be issued to you after you contact us via.
• Your RA number must be written on the outside of the box or your package will be returned back to you.
• Any Exchange requests must be submitted to Customer Service directly. Please contact us to request an exchange.
• Exchanges are allowed for size only. Simply include the size you require when you contact customer service asking to authorize an exchange. 
• Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA
• We offer only one exchange per order.
• If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a store credit based on our posted exchange policy.
• You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for an exchange, or store credit
• Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers
• All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition
• Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no exchange or store credit issued. After two weeks if you cannot be reached with your provided contact information your ineligible item will be destroyed
• Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to the customer.
All exchanges MUST include the original invoice for a proper store credit or exchange to be processed.
